Clyde - Mrs. Alice Albaugh, 86, former residence of Mulberry street, died Tuesday at 11:30 p.m. in the Colvin Nursing Home, Clyde, where she had resided several years. Mrs. Albaugh was the widow of Thomas Albaugh. She was first married to Henry Ferkel, who preceded her in death.
Mrs. Albaugh was born October 31, 1882 in Sandusky county, daughter of Fred and Mary Gilbert Atkins. She was educated in Sandusky and spent her married life in Clyde.
Surviving are stepdaughters, Miss Ann Albaugh, Clyde, and Mrs. Henry Leide, Cleveland; stepsons, Owen Albaugh, Middletown, and Paul of Huntingwoods, Mich.
Mrs. Albaugh was a member of the First United Methodist church.
Friends may call at the Mitchell-Auxter funeral home beginning Thursday at 2 p.m. The Rev. L. Mark George will conduct funeral services Friday at 10:30 a.m. in the mortuary with burial in McPherson cemetery.
