Also living with him was his son Edward's wife, Mary A. age 21 born November 1878, and Edward's two sons were; Harry C. age 2 born July 1898 and Dora T. (Lorin) (Male) age 5 months born December 1899, both born in Ohio.
According to the Carroll County death records, Vol.2, page 15, Adam was listed as a Farmer, and Widow. He was 57 years, 6 months & 3 days old at the time of his death, and the cause of death was Rupture.

Adam Albaugh died suddenly last Friday evening the result of a strain while lifting a ladder across a fence. He had only been ill only two days. Mr. Albaugh was born in Loudon Township 59 years ago and always lived on the farm on which he died. The township has lost one of its best citizens. Funeral Sunday at Germano attended by a very large circle of Friends.
