Arthur Guy Albert, 78, husband of Mrs. Maggie L. Albert, and former resident and business man of Westminster, died at his home, 322 North Potomac Avenue, Hagerstown, Monday morning, February 27, 1956, after a period of ill health of several months. He was associated with the Albert Bros, hardware store, 18 Pennsylvania Avenue, Westminster, but for several years had resided in Hagerstown. He was a son of the late Rezin Franklin and Hannah Elizabeth Albert. Surviving with his wife are a daughter, Mrs. Stanley Moore, Hagerstown; two granddaughters; and three sisters, Mrs. Millie Little, Asbury Home, Gaithersburg; Mrs. Royer Bish, Rocky Ford, Colorado; and Mrs. Elsie Stem, Detroit, Mich.. Mr. Albert was a member of Bethel Church, Sam's Creek. Burial was in Rose Hill Cemetery, Hagerstown. -Carroll County Times 1 Mar 1956
