Death Takes Lodi Woman At Age Of 78
Adeline J. Alderson, 78, of 320 Louie Ave., died Thursday night in a Stockton hospital after a short illness.
A native of Texas, she came to California at the age of two, and lived in the Humbold and Sonoma County areas before coming to Lodi in 1939.
She was amember of the Flora Rebekah Lodge 162, and was a past Noble Grand, and a member of the Golden Rule Club.
Mrs. Alderson was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest.
She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Viola Dawson of Lodi; and two sisters, Mrs. Daisy Sholes of Fortuna and Mrs. May Ingson, of Florence Ore.
