ALDREDGE, Wilma Jean Engle Age 89 of Springfield passed away Monday December 22, 2014 in Springfield, Ohio. Wilma was born February 28, 1925 in Sugar Creek Township, Ohio the daughter of the late Harry Leigh Engle and Eva Letta (Smith) Engle. Along with her parents Wilma is preceded in death by her beloved husband James Richard Aldredge and one sibling Jackie Lee Engle. Wilma is survived by her children: Pamela Nickell (Bob), Martin Aldredge, Asa Aldredge (June), Neil Aldredge (Karen), Lonnie Aldredge (Connie), Nancy Warren (Roger), and Ken Aldredge; grandchildren: Trevon Nickell (Carrie Coop), Valissa Nickell (Andy Haskins), Christa Nickell Moore, Rachel Theodor (Thomas), Jennifer Sechrest (Michael), Bradley Aldredge (Nicole), Jamie Keehner (Rob), Levi Fraley (Ashley), Miranda Keeton (Ryan), Erica Spiva (Brett), Lonnie James Aldredge (Robin), Kristie Aldredge (Nathan), Tamara Marinescu (Dan), Dara Errett (Joseph), Misty Gross (Shaun), Sarah Linkhorn (Brooks), James "Jack" Aldredge, and Kyle Masters. Wilma is also survived by great-grandchildren: Jeremy, Lacie, Elliott, McKenzie, Austin, Savannah, Chloe, Colin, Kasey, Nicholas, Noah, Jacob, Cole, Alyssa, Trace, Colton ,Ashton and Taylor, Kelton, Kody, Madison, Caroline, Abigail, Andrew, Brenna, A.J., Nathan, Mason, Rosalee, Tyler, Anna , Norah, Logan, Camden, Hunter, Tadyn, and Ryan. Wilma is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and other family members. Wilma is preceded in death by her lifelong friends Stanley and Beulah Cornette. Wilma was retired Tecumseh Local School District in food service. Wilma was an avid reader, cook, crocheter, seamstress, traveler and stayed in touch with many friends from her work years. Funeral services will be held on Monday, December 29, 2014 at 11:00 AM at the McColaugh Funeral Home, Inc. 826 N. Detroit St., Xenia, Ohio. Family will receive friends 10:00 AM until the time of service at the funeral home Monday. In luei of flowers the family request memorial contributions be made in Wilma's name to the Special Wish Foundation Inc. 436 Valley St. Dayton, Ohio 45404 in honor of Wilma's niece Kayleigh Crabtree.
