WESTFORD - Anna S. (Erickson) Aldrich, 91, a longtime Westford resident who was active in community organizations, died Wednesday, June 19, at the Town and Country Nursing Center in Lowell. She was the wife of Floyd B. Aldrich, who died Nov. 30, 1992.
She was born in Townsend on May 15, 1911, a daughter of the late Daniel and Maria (Vitka) Erickson, and resided in Westford for most of her life.
Prior to her retirement, Mrs. Aldrich was an electronics assembler for 15 years at the Warren Manufacturing Co in Littleton.
She attended the United Methodist Church of Westford, and was a member of the Eastern Star, Puritan Chapter No. 54 of Lowell and the Senior Citizens of Westford. She was also past treasurer of the American Legion Fred S. Healy Post No. 159 Women's Auxiliary.
Survivors include two daughters, Marjorie Pearson and her husband Malcolm of Burlington, Arlene A. Whitney of Naples, Fla.; two grandchildren, Jeffrey C. Pearson and his wife Carrington, of Laconia, N.H., and Judith A. Pearson of Boston's Hyde Park; as well as five great-grandchildren, Benjamin C. Pearson, Jacob Pearson, C. Brooke Pearson, Hannah Pearson and Katherine Pearson, all of Laconia, N.H.
She was also the mother-in-law of her daughter Judith's husband, the late Paul Whitney.
