Alva Willis Aldrich

Alva Willis Aldrich, a brother of Mrs. E. D. Leonard, of Minatare, passed away at noon on Sunday, September 3, after an illness of several months' duration, following an attack of the flu last April. The deceased was about 59 years of age and was born at Grand Rapids, Mich. He was unmarried and a jeweler by profession, having resided for several years at Helper, Utah, he removing to this locality and making his home at the Leonard's. The funeral was held at the home today, the minister of the Presbyterian church, at Minatare officeating. Interment was made in Fairview cemetery.
