Alford, Mrs. Corintha McMoy, 84, and a lifetime resident of Ramer, died August 27, 1980 in a Montgomery nursing home after an extended illness.
Funeral services will be held from the Ramer United Methodist Church, Friday, August 29, 1980 at 11 a.m. with Dr. Dick Johns and Rev. Kenneth Alford officiating. Interment in Ramer Cemetery with Leak-Memory Chapel directing.
Survivors include five sons, R.T. Alford, Jr., Eclectic, William D. (Boots) Alford, Montgomery, E.B. (Snookie) Alford, Sr., Grady, Charles Jackson Alford, Sr., Cullman, Robert V. (Bob) Alford, Sr., Opelika; one daughter, Mrs. Lillian Alford Duffell, Ramer; one brother, Murray Lee McMoy, Pine Level; and a number of grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Kenneth Alford, James Duffell, Ed Alford, Butch Alford, Robert Alford, Wayne Stovall.
She was a member of the Ramer United Methodist Church….
