August Angelo Allegri, 53, an electrical contractor in Felton for many years, died Tuesday in a Palo Alto hospital after a long illness.
Allegri was a native of Santa Cruz and during World War II served in the Navy. The Rosary will be recited at St. John's Church at 7:30 tomorrow evening.
Funeral services will be at St. John's in Felton on Saturday at 10 a.m. Interment will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, with Wessendorf and Thal Mortuary in charge of arrangements.
He is survived by his two sons, August A. Allegri Jr., and Phillip S. Allegri, both of Santa Cruz; two daughlers, Christine and Catherine Allegri, of Santa Cruz; two brothers, Joe Allegri of Santa Cruz and Domenico Allegri of Boulder Creek; a sister, Mary Butcher of Santa Cruz; and three grandchildren.
