Mr. Geo. W. Allen, brother of Mr. M. W. Allen, died one day last week in Birmingham and was carried to Macon, Ga., for burial. His sisters, who have been here visiting, went over to Macon to attend the funeral.
*Note: George, his mother Margaret and sister Hattie Allen's obituaries all state they were buried in Macon, GA. At some point the remains were removed to Elmwood Cemetery in Birmingham.
