Frank C. (Happy) Allen, 67, Route 2, Norfolk, died at 9:20 p.m. Thursday at his home. He had been a resident of the Norfolk community for thirty years.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at the Home for Funerals with Dr. John W. Ekwall, Methodist district superintendent here officiating. Burial will be in Prospect Hill Cemetery.
The body will lie in state at the Home for Funerals from 2 to 9 p.m. Sunday.
