Mrs. Edward Allen died this morning at the home of her mother, Mrs. Thomas Castle, on Boyd street. She had been a sufferer from disease for a year or more, and her death, sad as it is to a kind husband and faithful relatives and friends was not unlooked for. The deceased was born in Oshkosh twenty-nine years ago and had a large circle of friends. Her maiden name was Jennie Castle. She leaves her husband and one child. Edward Allen, the bereaved husband, is well known here. For years past he has been engaged in lumbering, having had charge of camps of leading operators in this vicinity.
