Jimmie Lee Allen, 76, died Thursday, Dec. 23, 1993, at the North Mississippi Medical Center after a brief illness. He was a retired employee of TVA, an Army veteran of World War II and a member of the First Baptist Church in Tupelo.
Services were Friday in the Jefferson Street Chapel of W.E. Pegues with Dr. Gayle Alexander officiating. Burial was in Tupelo Memorial Park.
Survivors include his wife, Grace Allen of Tupelo; one daughter, Brenda White of Tupelo, one sister, Bernice McCarter of Tupelo; two grandchildren, one great-grandchild.
Pallbearers were Mike Malone, Tommy Malone, James Malone, Barry Malone, Larry Malone and Steve Young.
