Undertaker, Dies at 67
Albert A. Allen, York mortician, 67, died unexpectedly at his home there Tuesday. Funeral services were held Friday at 6:30 p.m at the York Methodist church (sic) and burial was made in the Greenwood cemetery (sic) there.
Mr. Allen, born December 17, 1876, lived in the York vicinity all his life. He moved from a farm into York in 1906. He was married to J. Maude King in 1898, who survives with a daughter, Elanor M. Allen, Azusa, California; two sons, Harold A., Oakdale and S/Sgt. Harley D., in the U. S. Army in China; and several brothers and sisters. - - Lincoln State Journal
