Retired teacher (25 years special education) with the Renfrew County Board of Education, active member of The Arnprior and District Memorial Hospital Auxiliary. She will be sadly missed. Passed away in The Ottawa General Hospital on Friday morning, Ruth Alexander (nee Allen) of Braeside in her 73rd year. Beloved wife of Harry Alexander. Dear mother of David Alexander (Christine Martynko), James Alexander and Victoria Alexander (Richard McGuire). Predeceased by her parents, Fred Allen and Pearl (Barry) Allen. Resting at The Boyce Funeral Home, Chapel, Visitation and Reception Centre 138 Daniel St. N., Arnprior where friends may pay their respects on Monday 2-4 pm, 7-9 pm. Funeral service will be conducted in the Chapel Tuesday, November 26, 2002 at 11:00 am. Interment Sand Point Public Cemetery, in memoriams to the Canadian Cancer Society appreciated by her family.
