Son of Isaac & Earnestine Allison, he became a Certified Master Plumber, eventually becoming the owner of Seller's Plumbing & Heating Co. in Cleveland. A daughter Camilla survived him.

ALLISON, MR. CORNELIUS SELLERS, age 47, of Cleveland, Ohio, died Tuesday, May 23, 1995. Funeral service at Friendship Baptist Church, Homewood will be held Saturday, May 27, 1995, @ 2:00 P.M. with burial in Shadow Lawn Cemetery. Survivors: daughter, Camille Smith of Guam; God-daughter, Ashley Bird of Cleveland, Ohio; mother, Earnestine Allison; sisters, Peggy Ryals of University Heights, Ohio, Faye Vickers of Birmingham; brothers, Clarence Allison of Birmingham, Michael Allison and Ronald Allison both of Van Nuys, Calif.; aunts, Claudette Smith, Edith Carson, and Edna Benson all of Birmingham; uncles, James Sellers of Cleveland, Ohio and Edward J. Sellers of Canyon County, Calif. Bushelon is directing.
