Graveside service will be held Sunday, June 26, 2016 at 2:00 pm at Hillcrest Cemetery in Boaz, Alabama. McRae Funeral Home is directing.

Ms. Allen was born in Georgia on February 5, 1920 to John Lafayette & Inez Allison. She was a dedicated wife, mother, and homemaker.

Ms. Allen is preceded in death by her husband Loy Hughes Allen; son Loy Hughes Allen, Jr.; bother William Allison; sisters Ruby Maddox, Louise Stargel, and Clara Dolson.
