Funeral for Amy Bobo Allison, 87, of Hartselle will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Roselawn Funeral Home with the Rev. Kirk Bobo officiating.
Burial will be in Roselawn Mausoleum. The family will receive friends tonight from 6 to 9 at the funeral home and one hour before the service Wednesday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Allison died at home Saturday, Sept. 1, 2001. She was born June 4, 1914, in Morgan County to Joseph Sterling Bobo and Kate Catherine Phillips Bobo. She was the widow of Joe Allison. She was a member of West Hartselle Baptist Church and an employee of Goodyear Mill and Walgreen's Drug Store for many years.
Survivors include one son, Charles E. Ricks of Decatur; two daughters, Mary Louise Fretwell of Milton, Fla., and Shirley Katherine Patterson of Mobile; 15 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren; and 15 great-great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Juanita Day, Loretta Hutchenson, Deborah Sasse, Rosa Mason, Heather Bunch and Janna McCann.
Grandsons and nephew will be honorary pallbearers.
