He is survived by his wife, Rachel Allman; three sons, Austin Jeremiah Stamper, Tyler Sheppard and Jared Sheppard; a daughter, Ashley Sheppard; his mother, Sharon Kaye Allman of Lucedale; a brother, Richard (Elisha) Allman, Jr.; two sisters, Chasity Lee (Stevie) Anderson and Dusti Allman and several nieces, nephews and family members.
He was preceded in death by his father, Richard Franklin Allman, Sr.
