James Harley Allman


James Harley Allman, of Lowell, passed away August 6, 2012 in Tulsa, Oklahoma, as a result of a car accident. He was born  August 30, 1990 in Gaston County and would have turned 22 on August 30 this year.  Harley was a caring and loving son, a protective brother and a good friend who was taken from this world all too soon. He was a hard working lineman, following in his father's footsteps. He enjoyed riding dirt bikes, fishing and pickin on his younger sister.
A funeral service will be held 2:30 pm on Friday at Greene Funeral Service, South Chapel, 1503 S. York Rd., Gastonia, officiated by Rev. Austin Rammell. The family will receive friends 6:30 - 8:30 pm on Thursday at the funeral home. 
He is survived by: his mother, Linda Pickelsimer Allman and her fiance`, Dale Millsaps; father, James Ray Allman and his fiancee` Diana Snyder; fiancee`, Nikki Hill of South Carolina; sister, Chasity Allman of Lowell; half brother, Jessie Allman of Crouse; step brother, John Millsaps of Lowell; step sister, Megan Millsaps of Lowell; grandparents Ronnie and Brenda Isley of Gastonia; grandmother, Anita Rose Pressley of Lowell; special cousin, Christopher Snyder.
He was preceded in death by: his grandfathers, David Harley Pickelsimer, Mack Allman; great grandparents, Roy and Martha Murray.
