Beloved daughter of the late Leonard (and the late Viola Boehning) Almstedt; dear sister of Betty (Paul) Brocksmith, the late Ralph (the late Pat) Stoner Almstedt, the late Carl (Judy) Heckle Almstedt. Dear aunt of Janet (Mike) Almstedt Warakomski, Carol (Don) Almstedt Meier, the late David Almstedt, Paula (Jeff) Brocksmith Sokolich, Susan (Ted) Brocksmith Dettmer, Michael (Mariza) Almstedt, Linda (Bud) Almstedt Southards, Joan (Joe) Almstedt DiNatali . Dear cousin and friend. Doris' grandchildren were a major focus in her life. She volunteered in various capacities at Rossman School for many years. She was an active OASIS tutor to the Parkway School District for over a decade. She was a Heavenly Duster and usher for Incarnate Word Parish, a recognized amateur photographer and avid gardener.
