Dr. Philip Alper passed away on 10/14/2010. He was 76. He leaves a wife Jeanne B Alper & Children Dr. Glenn Alper, Marc Alper, & Nicole Alper. Grandfather of Teddy, Evelyn, Elliot & Lauren. Also a brother Richard Alper. Dr Alper practiced medicine in Burlingame since 1963.
At his request there will be no service. Private interment. Family suggests memorial contribution be made to the American Cancer Society.
