Arlene "Ruth" Acklin, 79, of Conway, a retired Ward Bus Company employee, died Thursday, May 20, 1993.
Born September 13, 1913, daughter of the late James Albert Ambers and Minnie Perry Ambers. She was a member of the Church of Christ.
Survivors are; two sons, Leo Acklin of St. Louis, MO.; Anthony Acklin of Dallas,TX: three daughters, Mary E. Fourte of Little Rock/Conway; Ruth M. Griffin of Conway; Darlene Acklin of Gainesville, Fl.; one brother, James L. Ambers of St. Louis, MO.; one stepbrother, Fred Jones of Damascus, AR; 13 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
