Augusta married James Anderson on Dec. 24, 1866 in Methuen, Essex, Massachusetts. They had 6 children. Frank E., Rose I., Anna L., Mabel E. , Freddy A and one children that past as per census records.

Her parents were: Nathaniel Sargent and Diantha Kinsman
Her husband's parents were: Samuel Anderson and Isabella Howarth.
Her name on one census was Caroline A. She must of changed it as she got older.

The Funeral Service for Augusta A. Anderson will be held from the Decker and Son Funeral chapel, Sunday afternoon at 2:30, The Rev. Floyd Allen Bush will officiate and burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery. The ladies of the Grand Army and the ladies of the W.R.C. will have charge of the services, The rebeccas are requested to attend the service.

Augusta's mother, remarried after her dad Nathan Sargent died. She married John C (C. J. ) Chamberlain. Her mother's maiden name was Kinsman.
