Adam Andre was born on Sep 22, 1864 in Chillicothe, Scioto Twp, Ross Co, Ohio. His father Adam Andre b1834 was 29 and his mother Charlotte Uhrig was just 23. He married Jennie Helen Peterman on Dec 30,1886 in Chillicothe,Ohio. They had nine children in the 19 years between 1887 and 1906. His dear wife Jennie died accidently in 1908 when her dress caught fire. Adam lived on for another 48 years until He passed away on Dec 15, 1956 in Memphis, Tennessee at the age of 92. He was laid to rest next to his beloved Jennie, although her marker has been lost to the ages.
