John Andrews Returns From Hay Field and Dies of Exhaustion
But one case of death due to heat exhaustion in this city has been reported, on Friday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock, John Andrews, a carpenter residing on ---Cedar street, died at his home after being ill but two days. He was employed for a time in a hay field just outside the city limits and came home Wednesday. Shortly after he became unconscious. Dr. Burton --- was called to the residence Thursday morning at 11 and rendered what medical assistance he could. The funeral arrangements have not been made.

about the funeral....Mrs. Andrews, widow of the deceased, was in North Dakota at the time of her husband's death, and arrived home Sunday evening.
