Carol Andrews died at the age of 71 at her home surrounded by family. She was under the care of Coastal Hospice. She graduated from West Allegheny High School in 1962. she enjoyed Reading, Singing, Crossword Puzzles, and Knitting. She was a member of the First Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents Bessie (Cross) Latshaw and John Latshaw Sr. She is survived by her husband of 35 years, Weldon David Andrews of Cambridge, Maryland, Two Sons-David Andrews of Cambridge, Maryland, and James Andrews of Federalsburg, Maryland, Four Daughters-Rebecca Webster of Cambridge, Maryland, Patricia Lauck of Linkwood, Maryland, Lisa Young of Cambridge, Maryland, and Brenda Booze of Georgia, 21 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren, a brother John Latshaw Jr., and Five Sisters-Alice Boel, Karen Kroepil, Linda Latshaw, Patricia Redick and Sandy Werme, all of Pensylvania.
