Donna passed away in Thousand Oaks on September 12, 2011.
She is survived by her husband, Gerald, daughter, Cathy Murdy, two grandchildren, Shawna Castaneda and Clay Murdy, five great-grandchildren, Taryn, Teagan, and Tristan Castaneda, and Loma and Levi Murdy. She will also be greatly missed by her lifelong friends Barbara Holmquist and Marilyn Upham. Donna was preceded in death by her son Brian Andrews in 1978.
Funeral services were held at Forest Lawn-Hollywood Hills on September 20, 2011.
