Dorothy B. Mitchell, 90, passed away September 16, 1997 in Salt Lake City.
She was born to John B. Ansley and Zoa Rae Ansley on June 27, 1907 in Salt Lake City. Dorothy married H. Ross Mitchell, who preceded her in death on October 25, 1986. She was a life long member of the First Baptist Church.
Dorothy is survived by her son, Howard (Benita) Mitchell; daughters, Janet (Ralph) Miller; Barbara (Ray) Smith; 12 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren.
Friends and family may call at 10:15 a.m., Friday, September 19 at Evans and Early Mortuary, 574 East First South, Salt Lake City. Graveside services will be held Friday, 11 a.m. at Mount Olivet Cemetery. Funeral directors, Evans and Early.
In lieu of flowes, the family suggests contributions to the First Baptist Church Foundation.
