Mrs. Dola Mae Campbell, age 93, of Cumming passed away Monday, June 8, 2009. She was a member of the Cumming First United Methodist Church. Dola was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 70 years, Len M. Campbell Sr.; brothers, Luke Appling, Horace Appling and Clyde Appling; sister, Inez Jones.
Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Len Jr. and Sandra Campbell of Cumming; granddaughter, Kacy Campbell Land and husband W.D. Land III of Woodstock; sister, Marie Shelton of Cumming; a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives also survive.
Memorial services will be held Saturday, June 20, at 10:30 a.m. at Cumming First United Methodist Church with the Rev. John Cromartie and the Rev. Ron Pruess officiating.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Cumming First United Methodist Church, 770 Canton Hwy., Cumming, GA 30040.
