Albert B. Archer died Saturday night at his home in Rome. He was born in Lowville, October 20, 1864, son of the late David and Mary Archer. About 20 years ago he went to Rome and had resided in that city and vicinity since that time. His wife was Ada Courts, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Nicholas Courts, of Denmark. Her death occurred several years ago. He leaves a daughter, Miss Ruth Archer, of Rome, also three sons, Louis, Lincoln, and Earl, all of Rome; three sisters. Mrs. Libbie Wakefield, of Martinsburg, Mrs. Joseph Merz and Mrs. William S. Stevens, of Lowville, and two brothers, Howard B. Archer, of Lowville, and Herman C. Archer, of Ogdensburg. The funeral services were held from the home of his sister Mrs. W. S. Stevens. Bostwick street, Lowville, Tuesday at 2:30 p. m., Rev. S. W.
