She was born Feb. 12, 1928 in Germany, daughter of the late Georg and Marta Greiner.
She was a member of the Sweet Adeline's, Farmington Chapter and a support member of the Clinton Fire Dept.
She is survived by her husband, Philip Armetta of Farmington; four sons, Carl Armetta of Middletown, Michael Armetta and Philip Armetta, Jr. both of Kensington and Robert Armetta of Manchester; a daughter, Elizabeth Armetta of Middletown; 11 grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services were held Tuesday morning at D'Angelo Funeral Home, 22 South Main St. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 9 a.m. at St. Sebastian Church.
Burial was in the family plot in St. Sebastian Cemetery, Middlefield.
