Lillian was born to Phillip and Lillian (Griffin) Armour and graduated from St. Francis Xavier High School. After marrying Gean Abbott in 1955, she moved to Colorado, where Gean Jr. was born. They divorced in 1972, and she returned to Rhode Island. She was married to Reginald from 1974 until his passing. She worked for New England Bell telephone company until she retired in 1998.
Survivors included her son Gean (Donna) Abbott Jr. and grandsons Nathan and Allen, all of Brighton, Colorado, and brothers Robert (Emily) Armour of Brenham, Texas, and Richard Armour of Coventry, RI. Memorial Masses held at Our Lady Mother of the Church, Commerce City, Colorado, and St. Martha’s Catholic Church, East Providence, RI. Tabor-Rice Funeral Home handled arrangements in Brighton.
