MRS. CATHERINE A. ARMSTRONG

Mrs. Catherine A. Armstrong, 71 years old, wife of Mr. James W. Armstrong, of the firm of Armstrong, Denny & Co., died at 12:45 P.M. yesterday at her home, 214 East Montgomery street. Mrs Armstrong had been ill for a year with a complication of diseases. Besides her husband, she is survived by two daughters--Mrs. Milton H. Wagoner and Mrs. J.J. Dunton--and five sons--Messrs. George W., William J., Howard, Edgar, and Louis Armstrong -- and 13 grandchildren
