Cecilia A. Andino July 2, 1941 - June 15, 2011 Life Is Short live Each Day With No Regrets Cecilia was born in Seminole Oklahoma to Cecil and Teresa Armstrong. She moved to Bakersfield in 1973 where she began her career at Arco Oil and Gas Co. as a Services Supervisor for 19 years. She has left behind her family, grandchildren, great-grandchildern, sisters and Elly. Her daughters all of Bakersfield, Tami Slawson, Gregette (Cotton) and Rick Clark, Andrea (Tilley) Melendez. Grandchildern all of Bakersfield, Roy Slawson, Vernon Vaughn III, Jeremy Slawson, Cori Cotton, Cari and Hung Tran, Brandon Toy, and Ryan (R.J.) Copeland. Great-grandchildren all of Bakersfield Buckshot, Arianna, Vanity and Victor Vaughn, Rylie, Gavin and Hailey Tran. Sisters of Bakersfield, Patsy, Deborah and Barbara. Her mom and dad welcomed their daughter Cecilia home, she missed them dearly and now she is with them. She was a loving, caring and giving lady who never put herself first; she didn't even put herself last, it was always everyone else she thought about. Cecilia loved God, she had no religious title, she was a Christian. The Bible, God and Jesus was what mattered. Our precious Mom, Granny and Big Granny, you were our rock. You were there no matter what, nothing too big or too small you got us through it. Your love was and still is unconditional, our prescious mom. We miss you, we need you and we will be there with you. Leave the gate open! Oh yeah, you already paid our way, Love Your Girls. A visitation will be held Tuesday June 21, 2011 at Mission Family Mortuary From noon till 7:00 p.m. Services will be held Thursday, June 23, 2011 at 10:30 a.m. at Crossroads to recovery church, 201 E.
