According to the book Coweta Co., Ga. Chronicles she was Of Cedartown. "A Descendant of Henry Wood born in Va. Dec. 1756, died in Spartanburg Dist. S.C. 1844. He served seven years in the Revolutionary War was present at the Battle of Bunker Hill - also the surrender of Cornwallis."
