Ernest Joseph Arrington was married to my sister, Frances "Tanny" (Mayfield) Arrington, born 22 Jul 1924 in Walton County, Monroe, Georgia & died in Elm City, Wilson County, North Carolina on 06 May 2000. She was the daughter of James Orell, Sr. & Lilla Mae (Mitcham) Mayfield of Walton County, Monroe, Georgia. Ernest & "Tanny are buried together in the Rocky Mount Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Nash County, North Carolina. This Union produced some 2 children: Ronny & Jimmy ARRINGTON, both residing in North Carolina as of 2006! Ernest passed away in a Wilson County Nursing Home, in Wilson County, Wilson, North Carolina some 3 years after "Tanny's" death!
