Thomas Patrick Meade, of 17 Westland Row, Dublin, son of Michael Meade and Bridget Ashe, who was baptised at St. Andrew's Church, Westland Row, Dublin, in 1858.
Thomas Patrick F. J. Meade married Bessie Julia A. M. Miller, in Richmond, London in the quarter ended December 1894. His death was registered at Brentford, London in the quarter ended June 1933.
