She was a member of Faith Lutheran Church and participated in several choral synod groups. She moved to Seattle in 1973.
Her husband, Barney Asmundson, and a daughter, Mary Steele, died earlier. Survivors in addition to T. B. Asmundson and Mark Asmundson are sons Einar Asmundson and Matt Asmundson, both of Seattle, Dr. Leonard Asmundson of Enumclaw and Stanley Asmundson of Rugby, N. D.; and four daughters, Anne Dopp, Lily Gannon, Bertha Polley and Viola Goldsmith, all of Seattle.
Services were held Monday in Seattle. Burial will be in Melancthon Cemetery in Upham, N. D.
