The relatives and friends of Harvey Atwater are invited to attend his funeral service at the graveside in Beaufort National Cemetery, Friday, December 8, 2006 at eleven o'clock.

Mr. Atwater was born March 1, 1942 in Charleston, SC, the son of the late Charles Bynum Atwater and Margaret Finley Atwater.

He was retired from the United States Navy as an Aviation Boatswain Mate Handler and a member of the V.F.W. and the Fleet Reserve.
He is survived by his Mother of James Island, SC; one sister: Sarah (Tina) C. Atwater of Johns Island, SC; two brothers: J. Cofield Atwater of Charleston, SC and Robert D. Atwater of Plano, Texas, and nieces and nephews.

He is predeceased by one brother Charles F. Atwater. Arrangements by J. HENRY STUHR, INC., DOWNTOWN CHAPEL.
