Lois Marie Auden, 64, Saltsburg, died Tuesday, Feb. 21, 1989, in the Latrobe Area Hospital. A daughter of Charles and Marie Anderson Fenton, she was born July 15, 1923, in Boquet.
Mrs. Auden was a member of the Methodist Church and American Legion, both of Saltsburg. She served as a WAVE during World War II, and was employed at Kiski Prep, Saltsburg. She was the first woman in Pennsylvania elected as Judge Advocate of the Blinded Veterans Association.
Surviving are her husband, Albert Auden; two sons; Thomas and David, Saltsburg; her mother, Saltsburg; three grandchildren; two sisters and a brother; Irene Laura, North Huntingdon; Gladys Barnhart, Blairsville; Cecil Fenton, Torrance, Calif.
She was preceded in death by her father, and a daughter, Becky Ann.
