The funeral of W. Phil. August, who died in Norfolk Tuesday morning at St. Vincents Hospital following a street railway accident at Ocean View, will be conducted from Christian's undertaking parlors this afternoon at 4 o'clock, the services being in charge of Rev. P. A. Arthur, rector of the Church of the Ascension.
Honorary pallbearers will be A. S. Tanner, Thomas C. Vaiden, Alfred H. McDowell, F. I. Gentry and C. D. Roberts. Active pallbearers will include S. H. Wilburn, F. F. Bodecker, R. J. Williamson, Willie Miller, E. R. Saunders, George W. Lawson, W. R. Cook, and D. N. Jones. The interment will be in Hollywood Cemetery.
