MRS. AURELIUS PASSES AWAY.
Death claimed a good woman Sat-
erday evening, when it called from
earth Mrs. Edward Aurelius, aged 61,
wife of ex-Councilman Aurelius.
Mrs. Aurelius had been a patient
sufferer for many months with what
was said to be a tumor. Everything
known to medical skill was done for
her relief, but without avail, Satur-
day evening at 6:30 her sufferings
ended and she passed in to the great
beyond from whence none return.
Mrs. Aurelius was well known in the
city and had a host of friends who
will read with regret that her battle
for life and health was unsuccessful,
but will be pleased to learn that her
sufferings are ended. She was a good
wife and mother and a devout mem-
ber of the Congregational church and
when in good health was an active
member of that body. She leaves be-
hind a husband and eight children to
mourn her loss, the latter consisting
of four boys and four girls. all living
and grown. The funeral services will
take place at 2:30 Tuesday afternoon,
Rev. Lloyd Roberts officiating and
interment will follow in the city cem-
etery. A memorial services in honor
of the dead woman will be held at
the Congregational church on Sunday
evening, Oct. 21.
