Mrs. David Babcock, 58, of 1108 Williamson St., who died Saturday in a Madison hospital.

Burial was in Verona cemetery.

Surviving Mrs. Babcock are the widowers three sons, Kenneth, Harland and David; her mother, Mrs. Helene Sweet; two sisters, Mrs. John Kosack, Edith (John L.) Johnson; a brother, Gilbert, and four grandchildren, all of Madison.

Mrs. Babcock was a former resident of Verona, where Mr. Babcock was depot agent for the North Western road. They moved to Baraboo about five year ago and then to Madison.
