Elizabeth was the daughter of Rev. William Parsons. She married General Joseph Badger, Jr. on August 1, 1766 at Gilmanton, New Hampshire. General Badger was an officer in the militia for thirty years from rank of Captain to Brigadier-General. He was a Lieutenant in the Revolutionary War, but commanded a company and was at the surrender of Burgoyne. He died at Gilmanton on January 15, 1809. They had six children.
