Born in Manhattan, she resided in The Bronx before she settled in Lakewood sixteen years ago.
Prior to retiring in 1997, she was an administrative assistant for the East Ramapo School District in Rockland County, where she worked for thirty years.
Roslyn was very involved in volunteering and contributing to the Deborah Foundation and was also a member of a monthly wine club.
She was predeceased by her husband, Howard Baer, in 1976; and a companion, Charles Weitzberg, in 1994. Surviving is her companion of fifteen years, Pat Migliaccio; a daughter, Carrie Spadoro and her husband, Peter, of Park Ridge; a son, Steven Baer and his wife, Carole, of New York City; two grandchildren, Christina and Peter; and a sister, Sydelle Port.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday at Sharon Gardens Cemetery, Valhalla, under the direction of D'Elia Funeral Home, Route 70 and Vermont Avenue, Lakewood.
