DUBOIS, Ind. -- Alva G. Baer, 65, died Wednesday morning at White River Lodge Residential Care Center in Bedford. He was a retired farmer and a member of Christ Lutheran Church in Haysville.
Surviving is a sister, Velma Klueh of Huntingburg.
Services will be at 10 a.m. EST Saturday at Becher and Kluesner North Chapel in Jasper, with burial in Haysville Community Cemetery in Haysville. Friends may call from 2 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to Christ Lutheran Church in Haysville or Grace Lutheran Church in Huntingburg.
