Claude Bailey, Jr. was the son of the Claude Bailey and Elsie Cox Bailey. He was the retired owner and operator of Bailey's Body and Painting. Mr. Bailey was a World War II U.S. Army Veteran. He sang at the Raleigh County Commission on Aging and at the New Salem Baptist Church. Mr. Bailey also enjoyed playing the harmonica. He was preceded in death by his wife, Penny Bailey.
