Sir Adrian William Maxwell Baillie, 6th Baronet (1898–1947) was a British MP for two constituencies.

He was elected as Unionist Party (Scotland) MP for Linlithgowshire in 1931, but was defeated in 1935. He was then elected as Conservative MP for Tonbridge at a by-election in 1937, but stood down in 1945.

He was married to Lord Queenborough's eldest daughter, Olive Cecilia but the marriage ended in divorce in 1944. They had one child, Sir Gawaine George Hope Baillie (1934-2003)who became 7th Baronet Baillie.

Sir Adrian Baillie, Bt., of Polkemmet, Conservative member of Parliament for the Linlithgow Division from 1931 to 1935 and for the Tonbridge Division of Kent from 1937 to 1945, died of pneumonia in London yesterday.

Adrian William Maxwell Baillie was born in 1898, the second son of the fourth baronet, Sir Robert Baillie, and was educated at Eton and at Sandhurst. He succeeded as sixth baronet when, in 1914, his brother was killed in action. He served with The Royal Scots Greys in France in 1918, but after the war entered the Diplomatic Service, being Second Secretary to the British Embassy at Washington from 1924 to 1928. When home on leave in the summer of 1928, at the request of Lord Linlithgow he agreed to contest Linlithgowshire, the constituency in which his family home was situated. He was defeated by Mr. Shinwell in 1929, but won the seat in 1931. The heir to the baronetcy is his son
