Mary Adeline was the daughter of Thomas J. Baker and Anna Gates. She married George T. Corey on 24 September 1846 in Thompson, Connecticut. He died about 1855. Children were George Albert and Clara Ann. On 10 May 1858 Mary married Samuel E. Alden in Worcester, Massachusetts. They had a son Everard Freeman Alden. Samuel is buried in the Wood National Cemetery in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Mary is buried next to her daughter Clara Corey Congdon Simmons and Clara's son George L. Congdon.
